If you meet all of our qualifications, we’ll meet with you in person or over Zoom to get to know you better. Finding the right fit with a family is not only about your experience and skills, but also your personality and what kind of job you are interested in. We want you to love your job as much as the family loves you.
Meet with families
When we find a family that is looking for someone like you, we’ll arrange for you to meet and interview with them. We will guide you all along the interview process to help you secure the right position.
Have the support you need to be successful in your new job
Our goal is to find the right job for every nanny we work with. If a family chooses to hire you, we will walk you both through the process of negotiating salary and signing a contract. Should anything come up during your employment, we are here for long term support.
Our Requirements
In order to be represented by La Petite Agency you must meet the following requirements:
Have at least 2 years of professional childcare experience with excellent references
Genuinely love working with children
Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Have a clean DMV record and clear criminal background checks
Have a current CPR certification or willing to obtain
Be registered with Trustline or willing to register (applies to California nannies)
We’re ready to help. There are no fees for caregivers to be represented by our agency. All we need from you is your application and a love for caregiving!
