Hi, my name is Ashley, and welcome to La Petite Agency! In my 15 year career as a nanny I have had the opportunity to work in New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego. My experience working with many different families and children, including children with neurodivergent diagnoses and physical disabilities, has given me an exceptional understanding of what makes a relationship between a family and a nanny successful. Bringing a nanny into your family dynamic is intimate, and I understand how important it is to find just the right person. La Petite Agency only represents highly qualified, passionate, professional nannies. I take the time to not only get to know a nanny’s background and qualifications, but also their personality, temperament, and why they love working with children. As a parent you will receive an in-depth consultation with me so I can fully understand the needs and dynamics of your family.
