Full-Time Nanny - Rancho Santa Fe, CA
Family in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a seasoned, proactive, career nanny. Their 3 sweet kiddos are ages 3, 1.5, and a brand new baby born in April. This family is looking to add a second nanny to their household team and would love someone who can stay for the next few years. Mom is stay at home and will do the majority of newborn care. Dad is the founder of a company and works outside of the home The position requires a lot of flexibility, a can-do attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. Their ideal nanny is energetic, has a positive attitude, and has a background in early childhood education. Must be comfortable working alongside mom as a team and take direction well. The rate offered for this position reflects the family’s high expectations of their nannies and they are willing to compensate generously for your hard work and dedication. Schedule:
The 2 nannies will split the days in half. Please apply if you are interested in either shift, it is open for discussion who will work which shift.
Nanny 1 will work M-F 7am - 2:30pm
Nanny 2 will work M-F 2:30pm - 10pm
Flexibiliity to work more hours when needed (for example when the other nanny takes her vacation days)
Hours will be guaranteed, open to discussions on how many hours the nanny requires to be guaranteed.
Bonus if you are open to working some weekends.
Rate:
$35 - $50 per hour depending on experience and education
Benefits:
Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Healthcare stipend.
Start Date:
Flexible between now and August, ideally around July 1st.
Children:
3 kids ages 3, 1.5, and newborn
Responsibilities:
Engaging 3 year old and 1.5 year old in fun and educational activities daily, prepare meals and snacks, put down for naps, help with baths and bedtime routine. Care for newborn if mom needs a break to take a shower or run an errand. Clean up after yourself and the kids, maintain household standard of tidiness, children’s laundry. Please be flexible to pitch in with whatever is needed on a day to day basis including family assistant type tasks, meal prepping, etc. Must be proactive and able to stay ahead of things. No driving is required at this time, may add driving in the future as the family becomes more comfortable.
Requirements:
5+ years professional experience as a nanny
Previous experience caring for multiple children ages 0-3
Experience working in UHNW households is preferred
Positive attitude, playful, and able to be high energy with the kids
Must be flexible and proactive
Able to make a long term commitment, 2 years +
Infant/Child CPR Certified
Trustline Registered
Able to work legally in the US
