Full-Time Nanny - Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Family in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a seasoned, high caliber, career nanny for a long term position. They have 3 children ages 3.5, 2, and 4 months old. Mom is stay-at-home and Dad is the founder of a company and works outside of the home. You will be both working as a team with Mom and taking full charge of the kids when needed. The position requires a lot of flexibility, a can-do attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. Their ideal nanny shares their Catholic faith, has a positive attitude, and has a degree in a child related field. Must be experienced working in UHNW households. This family is very conservative Catholic and they speak both English and Arabic in the home.

Location:

Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Schedule:

M-F, exact hours TBD around 40 hours per week. Hours will be guaranteed. Flexibility to work some weekends is desired.

Rate:

Compensation is open and dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:

Engaging the preschooler and toddler in fun and educational activities. Care for baby when needed including feeding, diaper changes, tummy time, etc. Prepare meals and snacks, put down for naps, help with baths and bedtime routine. Clean up after yourself and the kids, maintain household standard of tidiness, potentially help with children’s laundry. Please be flexible to pitch in with whatever is needed on a day to day basis. Must be proactive and able to stay ahead of things. The 3.5 year old will be starting preschool for the first time this month, might ask for help with school pick up, TBD.

Requirements:

10+ years professional experience as a nanny

Previous experience caring for multiple children ages 0-3

Experience working in UHNW households, ability to read the room and maintain professional boundaries

Degree in a related field is preferred

Must be flexible and proactive

Able to make a long term commitment

Infant/Child CPR Certified

Trustline Registered

Able to work legally in the US
