Full-Time Nanny - La Mesa, CA
Single mom (newly divorced) is seeking an experienced, reliable nanny to partner with her in caring for her two kids ages 5 and 9. The kids are splitting their time between the two households, the nanny will only be working for Mom. As you can imagine, it is a challenging time for their family and Mom is looking for someone to be a consistent, long term support. The 5 year old struggles with some emotional regulation and behaviors, their ideal nanny has experience working with kids with behavioral challenges and can help him regulate in a calm, positive way. Other key qualities in their ideal candidate are flexibility, adaptability, strong communication skills, proactive, energetic, and creative. They have unfortunately experienced nannies quitting suddenly/ghosting in the past, so finding someone they can truly count on and trust is very important as well as someone who will be able to openly communicate about any issues or concerns. Mom wants a true partner who will be invested in the kids and their well being!
