Full-Time Nanny/Manny for Nanny Share -

Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, CA

Lovely family with a new baby born in October. They are newer to the LA area, moved from Boston in July. They are in need of an experienced nanny who is proactive, engaging, and has a take charge personality for a nanny share caring for their new baby and one infant from a second family. They have a 2 year old boy as well, but he is in full time daycare. They were very sad to leave their nanny in Boston who had been with them for the last 2 years and had become part of the family. They have loved that she is super patient and cuddly, yet is great at holding boundaries with their willful toddler and isn’t afraid to lead the way with new stages of development. Parents value structure in the day, but within that they want their kids to be free to explore, out on daily adventures, and don’t allow any screen time. Lean towards gentle parenting and feeling those big feelings! Looking for a long term commitment, would love for their nanny to grow with them for years to come. At least one parent will be working from home, but will stay out of the way in a separate area.

They would like the nanny to start in January, by that time they will have a second family on board for a nanny share. Their 2 year old is in full time daycare, so the nanny’s job will be dedicated to the 2 infants.
